Weather Design Conditions (ASHRAE)

()

Climatic design information includes tables from ASHRAE for 8,118 locations in the United States, Canada, and around the world. These information are useful for design, sizing, distribution, installation, and marketing of HVAC and dehumidification equipment, as well as for other energy-related processes in residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial applications.

Tables include dry-bulb, wet-bulb, and dew-point temperatures; wind speed with direction at various frequencies of occurrence; monthly degree-days to various bases; precipitation; and parameters to calculate clear-sky irradiance. Information includes monthly and annual percentiles, to provide seasonally representative combinations of temperature, humidity, and solar conditions.
